1.      Can you tell us a little bit about what you’ve been doing, specifically with PeopleSoft?

2.      Which Payroll interface did you use?

3.      What were some of the major tables that you pulled data from?

4.      Can you talk a little about the major processes that you run? What is the main delivered process that runs in T&L.?

5.      What are your skills with PeopleCode and App Engine?

6.      Are you comfortable writing technical specs?

7.      What are you most comfortable with, getting the functional specs, or going out to the users to get the specs?

8.      How much online development have you done in 8.0 or above? Have you done many page customizations?

9.      For your 8.0 PeopleCode, what do you think the biggest improvement is?

10.  On your projects, have you been the primary technical person?

11.  How would you feel about doing just development work, as compared to being a senior developer on your other projects? Would you have a problem just being a team member?

12.  Do you consider yourself more of a lead/manager, functional person, or a developer?

13.  Are you comfortable with dealing with end users? Developing specs?

14.  What would you include in a technical spec? What level of technical detail?

15.  If you were given an assignment to develop a custom page, and design a technical spec, what would we find in there? What would you include?

18.  What are some of the major differences between PeopleSoft V8.3 and V8.9 and V9.0?

19.  What do you know about Oracle Fusion Project?

20.  How many assignments have you worked on 8.x?

21.  As a developer, are you more comfortable with SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Peopletools, etc?

22.  Have you done any fit-gap activity? What is the process for fit-gap analysis?

23.  Did you come upon a situation in the Fit-Gap analysis which required customization?

24.  Do you understand the North American Payroll processes within PeopleSoft?

25.  Could you give the main points (high level) for the Payroll processes for PeopleSoft?

26.  Are you comfortable with assisting the users with developing Test Scripts?
